Correct way to decend fats
Abdominal fats are
Most stubborn fats.
We try many steps
But fats never ready to quit.
So the correct way
Prior starting your gym journey
1. Detox
2. Cleans
3. Eat right
4. Gym
1. Detox whole body with citric fruits (avoid packed products)
Best warm water ðĨ+ lemon + honey ðŊ
2. Cleans your stomach with appropriate natural aid containing high fiber foods
Having ripe banana is great aid ( not recommended for allergic)
3. Eat correct : always leave some space in stomach.
Curd , Nuts are the superfood,
Stay with nature while getting in shape
4. Later start Exercise , Dance or opt for Yoga
